For clarification the following explains the terminology used in these terms and conditions:

Customer Your customer.
Drop shipping is a supply chain management process in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to the drop shipper, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. As in all retail businesses, the retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

- When you place an order on our website you must read our terms and conditions and shipping information before completing the order.

- Some products may need to be shipped from our other warehouse and therefore some items are not available for next day delivery.

- On rare occasions some products may become out of stock and may need to be ordered in from our factory, this may affect delivery times.

- When you sell a product to your customers, the contract of sale is between you and your customer. Please do not redirect your customers to us.

- If your customer has a problem with an order or product, you may contact us for help, advice and support.

- Any problems with orders are subject to our 'returns' terms and conditions, available to read before you complete your order with us.

- One of the most common problems customers experience, are colour mismatches. Sometimes their computer monitors may be incorrectly set and therefore the colour of the hair in the product image may be a lot different to the real life colour. Therefore we highly recommend your customers buy or loan colour rings prior to ordering from you, so they can match the colour before buying.

- The description of a HairExtensions.co.uk Drop Shipper is someone who places at least 20 to 30 orders per month, if you fail to reach this limit by month 2 you will be downgraded from a drop shipper to a standard HairExtensions.co.uk customer

- We reserve the right to cancel and close your account at any time. If this occurs you will be refunded any credit in your account.

- We reserve the right to refuse an order, if this occurs you will be refunded back to your account.

- These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time without notice.
