Salon Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THE CONDITIONS WILL FORM THE BASIS OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN HAIREXTENSIONS.CO.UK & THE SALON.

Definitions

In these conditions:

"Charges" means our charges for performing the Services.

"Conditions" means these contractual conditions.

"Customer" refers to the general public who sign up to our website looking for a hair extensions service from the salon.

"Database" means an electronic database in which details relating to you may be stored for the purposes of our providing the Services.

"Effective Date" means the date on which the Services are first provided by us to you or made available to Users.

"HairExtensions.co.uk" means the internet website currently located at the URL www.hairextensions.co.uk, which is owned and operated by us.

"Lead" means a customer who has entered their details and submitted them on the website to be contacted by the Salon. The lead has given their permission for the salon to contact them via email or telephone.

"Proprietary Material" means any of your (or a third party's) copyrighted material, brand names, trade or service marks, devices or logos.

"Services" means the services we agree to perform under a Contract.

"Us" means Hair Extensions UK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 6660152, whose registered office is at 24 High Street, Biddenden, Ashford, Kent, TN27 8AH; "we", "the website" and "our" has a corresponding meaning.

"User" means a person who uses HairExtensions.co.uk.

"You" means the person, company or other organisation who offers to purchase one or more Services or a person, company or other organisation who or which enters into a Contract with us for the provision of Services; "the salon" and "your" shall have a corresponding meaning.

  1. All Salons receive leads for free for 30 days.
  2. We run a pay-as-you-go service and we charge you £5 per lead that you view. Any leads not viewed, will not be charged. You can remove territories from your account at any time at the click of a button, which will prevent you from receiving any more leads for that territory.
  3. Salons must provide a quality service to the customer and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
  4. Salons are responsible for addressing customer complaints and in no way shall we be held liable for any actions resulting from the complaint. If we receive a complaint about you or your service, we shall forward it to you by email, where you must respond to the customer within a reasonable timescale.
  5. Salons are expected to reply to a customer (lead) by telephone within 24 business hours.
  6. Salons must give 30 days written notice by either email or letter, to cancel the service with us. The salon name, address and salon owner's name must be included in the correspondence, along with date of cancellation, which must be a present date and not a date in the past.
  7. We will not sell on your name or telephone number to any 3rd parties.
  8. Leads are generated from members of the public who visit our website from various sources, including but not limited to, websites, search engines, magazine advertisements, newspaper advertisements, radio advertisements, tv advertisements, word of mouth.
  9. We do not make any guarantees or will be held liable for problems occuring with the website that are out of our control, including but not limited to, acts of god, vandalism, terrorism, technical issues, hardware failure, software failure, power failure, computer viruses, internet connectivity, or any other issues relating to server and internet failure.
  10.  Any complaints about our service must be put in writing and sent to our head office address.
  11.  We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
